These Guidelines are in place to provide homeowners and builders with assistance and direction in the selection of design features, finishes, colors, house placement and setbacks. This is turn will help create an integrated, harmonious community with a high level of quality.
The guidelines help to ensure a compatible mix of housing types which include variety and individuality in a manner that establish and maintain the investment value of homes. They are for the benefit of the community and will apply to newly constructed homes and any future improvements, renovations or additions. All homes must comply with the latest versions of the Building Bylaws established for each community.
